Description:	Our Retirement Planning Services Division has a full-time opening for a Senior Retirement Representative in our Retirement Division to perform and oversee the day-to-day administration of the defined contribution program run by Christian Brothers Services. This position is responsible for providing exceptional support to the members of the Plan by ensuring high quality execution in the areas of customer service, data entry, reporting, and performing day-to-day administration of the 403(b) program. Christian Brothers Services is a not-for-profit comprised of cooperative programs providing administrative and managerial services to Catholic organizations. We offer a competitive benefits package!
Qualifications:	- High school degree required; College education preferred - Minimum 5 years of administration experience - Experience working with large volumes of data entry - Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities - Ability to supervise and instruct others - Ability to multi-task - Proficiency in Excel and Lotus Notes is preferred - Math aptitude - Candidate must have excellent communication, both in written and oral form
