    Our Retirement Planning Services Division has a full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Retirement Division to assist in the day-to-day administration of the defined benefit program run by Christian Brothers Services. This position is responsible for providing exceptional support to the members of the Plan by ensuring high quality execution in the areas of customer service, reporting, and preliminary and final benefit calculations for retirees, vested terms, nonvested terms and deceased participants.

    Job Requirements

    -- Experience working in a business office environment.
    -- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
    -- Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both in written and oral form.
    -- Fluency in English and Spanish.
    -- Basic understanding of the terminology and procedures of defined benefit retirement plans is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
