    Our Retirement Planning Services division has a full-time opening for a Retirement Clerk. This position assists in the day-to-day administration of the defined benefit program run by Christian Brothers Services. Responsibilities include performing participant database changes including address changes and account information changes, scanning, responding to participant web requests, and preparing participant correspondence.

    Qualifications:

    - Experience working in a business office environment
    - Basic understanding of the terminology and procedures of defined benefit retirement plans
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Computer proficiency
    - Proficiency in Word and Excel
    - Ability to multi-task as well as organize and prioritize responsibilities
    - Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
