Every time I try to log in as an administrator it tells me I'm not authorized to do that or I'm typing in the wrong password. I am authorized because I've submitted by 403B report several times through the website & I know that I'm entering the correct password I've set up. Every time I need to submit my report I have to request a link sent to me to reset my password to get the report submitted. Then the next time I try to log in, it won't let me again! I am the accountant at St. Francis of Assisi, #012949. Can I please get this problem fixed or let me know who I should contact directly? Thanks, Lori Lyons
