Comments: | Dear Christian Brothers, our ministry, St. Peter's Kitchen, INC has been a charity listed in your directory for the last 7 years under the Diocese of Rochester. Our diocese in its effort to become more fiscally responsible has given us till June to decide if we want to merge with our spiritual entity, St. Monica's Parish or leave the umbrella of the diocese and become independent. Although we were under their umbrella we were financially responsible for the ministry in its entirety. But our 501(c)3 was issued under them. We are in the process of exploring the costs of being independent, but we would have to get our own 501(c)3. Is this something we could get from you? Or is there a process we can go through to still have our name listed in the Kennedy Directory. The insurance's we are looking at are through you. Thank you for any information you can help us with.
