Brother Michael or other, Ocean Tides is a part of the Risk Pool. We are looking for technical support with HIPPA and HITECH Act compliance as our residential treatment center manages Personal Health Information for our clients as well as works in programs that are directly and indirectly Medicaid funded. Was wondering if you have any such consulting services available to organizations in Risk Pool to assist them in managing their/your liability in this area?
