Risk Management Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard McKenna as the new Managing Director.

Rich assumed his new position as Managing Director on January 4, 2010.

Rich began his career as a claims representative at Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, although the majority of his career was spent at Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. He most recently served as the president of GBS from 2000 until the summer of 2009 when he took early retirement. Fortunately for Christian Brothers Services, Rich did not intend to remain retired.

Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA from Iona College in New York, and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law in New York.

Although a native of New York, Rich and his wife have made their home in the Chicago area near their adult sons and their families.
