Important Banking Information - Please update your records
We are continuing to see payments being sent to our old bank. Our new bank is Northern Trust. If you are not sending your payments to Northern Trust yet, you need to do so immediately, otherwise your contributions could be delayed. Please go to the Contribution Reporting section under Resources on this webpage to find our new ACH instructions and Lockbox remittance form. If you are submitting reports online and sending payment by check, the Lockbox remittance form automatically shows the new bank information.

Updated enrollment packets are now available electronically. Click on Enrollment Packets in the Resources section to view and select the packet that applies to you. Please note that there is also a separate link for the Fund Fact Sheets in the Enrollment Packets section. Just a reminder to attach these with your applicable enrollment packet, as they are no longer included in the enrollment documents.


Reminder: When remitting payments, quarterly fees and contribution payments must be separate payments. If the payments are combined, the payment will be rejected and returned to you. Please be sure to review the 403(b) Administrator Checklist and Reminder included in both the 2024 Annual 403(b) Updates and Administrative Issues Letter and the 2024 e-Newsletter (links to both are below) for other common remittance errors.
