Effective Friday, October 1, 2010, all claims handled by Crawford/Broadspire will be transferred to Gallagher Bassett Services. Please see the attached flyer for contact information of the Christian Brothers Services dedicated claim unit at Gallagher Bassett Services.

All new claims should be reported to 877.735.2270. A representative will be available 24/7 to receive claim reports. Members may continue to report claims by mail, fax, or web. Please note: This change will not affect the workers' compensation claims currently handled by Zurich Insurance.
