On October 1, 2010, all auto, property, liability and Illinois workers' compensation claims transitioned from Crawford/Broadspire to Gallagher Bassett Services. We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2011; all non-Illinois workers' compensation claims will also be reported to Gallagher Bassett Services. Zurich will continue to handle claims reported to them on or before December 31, 2010. All new claims should be reported to 877.735.2270. A representative will be available 24/7 to receive claim reports. Members may continue to report claims by mail, fax, or web.

    Benefits of this change include:
    • Trust members will report all claims to one number. An agent will be available to assist you on a 24/7 basis.
    • All claims reported on or after January 1, 2011 will be handled by one claim vendor.

    Enclosed is a directory of Gallagher Bassett claim adjusters dedicated to serving Risk Pooling Trust members with their auto, property and liability losses. Also enclosed is a directory of the Gallagher Bassett workers' compensation claim offices.
