Term: Dependent

(1) Your Spouse, if not in the Armed Forces and not covered as an Employee;
(2) Your natural or legally adopted child less than 26 years of age;
(3) A child of your Spouse less than 26 years of age; and
(4) A child less than 26 years of age for whom you have legal guardianship.

Dependent also includes any child covered under a Qualified Medical Child Support Order or national Medical Support Notice as defined by applicable federal law and state insurance laws that are applicable to this plan, provided the child otherwise meets this plan's definition of a Dependent.
