| An institution that is licensed as a hospital by the proper authority of the State in which it is located, but not including any institution, or part thereof, that is used primarily as a Clinic, Skilled Nursing Facility, convalescent home, rest home, home for the aged, nursing home, custodial care facility, or training center. Hospital shall also include an Inpatient Alcohol or Drug Abuse Treatment Facility and a Birthing Center. |
