Term: Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Is a Family or General Practitioner, Internist (Internal Medicine), Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Nurse Midwife, Urgent Care Physician, Geriatric Physician, or a Nurse or Physician Assistant directed and supervised by a Primary Care Physician. The Plan does not require you to select a Primary Care Physician.
