Where can I find my Express Scripts ID card?
Express Scrips will send you an ID card as part of their welcome kit. However, your Christian Brothers Employee Benefit Trust or Religious Medical Trust member ID card identifies you as a member of Express Scripts and includes all necessary information. You may show either card for pharmacy services.
