What is a PPO?
PPO stands for Preferred Provider Organization. A PPO is a network of health care providers who agree to supply discounted services for the benefits providers with whom they contract. Patients who choose providers within the PPO network receive discounts on health care services, while patients who use out-of-network providers do not receive the discounts.
