Does my dental plan cover orthodontia?

Orthodontia is not part of a standard dental plan. If your employer has elected to add coverage for orthodontia, you will find a full description in the Dental Plan Summary. After logging into the Participant Account, click on My Coverage Summary, then click on the "Click to Display" by the Dental Plan Summary. You may click on the "Plan Summary" link to see a summary of all benefits which clearly indicates on page 1 if orthodontia is included or not. You may also view more plan details by clicking on the "Dental Plan Book" to display the Dental Summary Plan Document. Note: Members enrolled in the Religious Medical Trust please refer to your Trust Benefit Booklet for your benefits or contact customer service toll-free at 800-807-0500.
