| How do I access my online EOBs? |
|
Follow the steps below to access your EOBs:
1. From the Participant site ( mycbs.org/health ) Login on the left side of the screen (Register if you haven't created a username/password).
2. Once logged in click My EOBs on the left side of the screen. A new window/tab should open.
3. In the drop down box select the Year of Service and then the Benefit Type (Medical, Dental, etc...) you are looking for and click Submit Query. |
