| How do I find out what I owe for health care services? |

| The EOB summary will reflect total charges for all services provided and the benefits paid by your plan. The EOB will also show what, if any, financial charges you will be responsible for in the Patient Responsibility box. If you wish view your EOBs online, please login to your mycbs.org account and click on My EOBs. If you have any questions please contact our customer service department at the toll-free number below.
Note: If a claim is paid at 100% you will not receive a paper EOB, but you can still view all your EOBs online. Please login to your mycbs.org account and click on My EOBs.
