Why isn't my password working?

Incorrect username or password

    One of the more common reasons users aren't able to access their information is because they have either forgotten their user name or password, or have entered it in incorrectly.

    Yes

What are the Username and Password Rules?

Participants

    The same rules apply to both usernames and passwords

    -Must be at least 8 characters long
    -Case-sensitive
    -Must contain 2 numbers
    -May contain special characters, except spaces
    -cannot contain your first or last name
    -cannot be your email address

Administrators
    Usernames
    -Must be at least 8 characters long
    -Case-sensitive
    -Must contain 2 numbers
    -Cannot contain special characters

    Passwords
    -Must be at least 12 characters long
    -Case-sensitive
    -Must contain at least one of each of the following (Uppercase, Lowercase, Number, Special Character)
    -Cannot use the pipe symbol (|) as a special character
    -Cannot use special characters that must be entered using the Alt or Ctrl key
