Christian Brothers Services has partnered with Empower Health Services to provide you with the information and guidance you need to gain valuable insight into your health.

Empower Health Services provides services that include:

• Health screenings that provide you with a comprehensive blood chemistry profile and educational report
• Web tools that help you understand the value of healthy eating
• Feedback on year over year changes in your health habits

After attending a health screening, you will receive secure access to your results as well as 24/7 access to over 1,000 eLearning lessons and tools to help make key health decisions for one full year from the date of registration on the portal.

If this is your first time going to Empower, you will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire.
